Customer Satisfaction
Milestone performance checks - after the initial invoice you only pay the ensuing tranches of our fees when you are satisfied with your results.
This contrasts with the normal charging algorithm set on a time basis, regardless of results.
Full Six Month Warranty
Our six month warranty means that, once a candidate has joined you, if for any reason the employment is terminated, we will undertake to redo the search for no fee. The only exception being a change in job specification. All we ask is reimbursement of reasonable out-of-pocket expenses.
